Pempek Tengil is made using the freshest mackerel fish (ikan tenggiri) and other high-quality ingredients. We are proud of chewy yet soft texture of pempek with no preservatives and no artificial colours that wins the taste. We believe the sauce (cuko) is the vital component to add the flavour when eating pempek. We use palm sugar from Palembang – yes, this is our special ingredient to make cuko - because we believe there’s no equal subsitute to its taste.
